"Get Your Goat" Art Contest
and
Flashlight Sale
This contest and sale is patterned after a new type of art
form being seen in many major cities around the United States and Canada:
Statues depicting local animals in all kinds of creative and
artistic forms (Dallas and Kansas City had the cows, Toronto the moose, St.
Louis the pigs, etc) were created, decorated and donated and then auctioned
off to benefit charities.
The ADGA Annual Meeting Committee is once again sponsoring
the "Get Your Goat" contest to be followed by the "Flashlight Sale" on
Thursday, October 18, 2007, immediately following the Wine and Cheese
Reception being held at the ADGA Annual Meeting.
