These 12 quality animals will be sold to the highest bidders on Saturday, October
22, 2011 at the 56th Annual ADGA Spotlight Sale. The Spotlight Sale is
the concluding event of the 2011 ADGA Convention in Grand Rapids,
Michigan, and will take place at 10:00 am following the Champagne
Brunch. These outstanding animals will be on display during the
convention week.
The consignments were selected by the Spotlight Sale Committee from
nominations that were made by breeders from around the country, on the
basis of performance (appraisal scores, milk production and show wins)
in the pedigree, as well as the individual type conformation.
You do not have to be present to place a bid. Proxy bidding is available
for the Spotlight Sale by contacting the ADGA Association Manager,
Shirley McKenzie @ adgascm@aol.com
. Your letter to her should specify the top price that you are willing
to pay for your selection, and also include a check or money order for
that amount; or a credit card number with expiration date. Ms. McKenzie
will place your bid as you would have if you were able to attend the
sale, and will try to purchase your selection for the least amount
possible. All bids are held in strict confidence.
A free catalog containing all of the Spotlight Sale consignments,
including pictures, can be obtained from United Caprine News, (817)
297-3411 or www.unitedcaprinenews.com.
