Would you like to Volunteer?

Volunteer Coordinator:  Leslie Gosnell, irishvalleyfarm@msn.com, (616)794-2705

We are always in need of Volunteers to make the Convention a success!  Are you especially good at something?  We'd love to have you!  Just drop us a line and we'll put you to work!

Assisstant Vendor Chairperson Needed!

 - Marian Krippes, the Vendor Liaison, will not be on site Monday afternoon through Friday morning.  She will need an assistant to cover from Monday just after lunch through Friday, just after breakfast.

This volunteer will need to report for work on Monday after breakfast in order to walk through responsibilities and meet vendors.

This volunteer will be the contact person for the vendors and will forward their requests and needs to the appropriate person.  This volunteer will help convention staff as necessary and as requested to make the vendors' experience a pleasant one.

This volunteer will need to visit the vendor area regularly during vendor hours to make sure everyone is reasonably content and that the area is clean and safe.  Regularly is defined as a minimum of every two hours while the vendor area is open.  The vendor area will be open beginning at 7:30 a.m.  Closing is likely to be at 5:30 p.m. each night because ADGA evening activities begin at 6:00 p.m.  However, not all evenings are currently booked.  It is possible that on one evening, the vendor area may stay open slightly later.  Between strolls through the vendor area, the assistant may attend convention activities.
